| Dovekie Images presents the work of Douglas C. Leitch. He started his photographic career with a Kodak Brownie camera at the age of four. Since then Douglas has built a diverse portfolio of subjects and locations from the Alps to Asia. He taught photography and created audio-visual productions. His photos have won awards and appeared in regional publications including Appalachia, New Hampshire Profiles, and Upper Valley Magazine, as well as on postcards, notecards, framed prints and brochure illustrations. He also designed and produced photographic exhibits for several New England museums. Mr. Leitch lives on the Maine coast and specializes in regional subjects including Shaker communities and coastal scenes from Maine to the Canadian Maritimes. | |
